Went when they opened and had awful service and left without even eating. Decided to give them another chance months later. Unfortunately no improvement at all. Wont waste my time going back. Service despicable and management not interested.

Cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful!

I ordered a kids themed birthday cake and it was beautiful and delicious. The service was also wonderful. I would definitely recommend them.

Please do not go anywhere else to get cakes for any occasion! This weekend we got a chocolate Under the Sea themed cake for my daughter’s 9th Birthday. It looked exquisite, almost broke my heart to cut it, but the soft, moist chocolate cake on the inside was outstanding as always. You have outdone yourselves once again Sugar Bear. Thank you for always making our occasions super special! Monica

Definitely ABSOLUTELY order from Sugar Bear Bakery. Without a doubt one of the best bakeries in Joburg. I ordered gluten free cupcakes, and they were magnificent. So much so that my celiac friends couldn’t believe the cupcakes were actually gluten free! I also got some beautifully decorated biscuits. Big fan, will be ordering again! (and again and again)
